Last day to order tickets is Wednesday, December 11th at midnight
All tickets must be paid in advance

Smoked Salmon or Bay Shrimp Salad with creamy cilantro dressing
Oven roasted Danish Style Pork Loin Roast with crisp skin
Served with pickled red cabbage, boiled white potatoes
sugar browned potatoes and savory sauce
Risalamande, with cherry sauce for dessert (3 hidden whole almonds for gifts)
